Radhika07 Although I do understand the situation you are in right now, wanting the best for your daughter, preparing that early is quite frankly unessary ,as many have also mentioned above, and might just put strain on your child. I would say start preparing in year 6 at the earliest, but keep in mind, this doesn't guarantee your child a spot. Myself personally, started preparing for the exam at the very end of term 1 of this year, and landed a 1st round offer to first pref school, being that of macrobertson. The best thing to do when the time comes is to go over and revise theories from cambridge yr 8 maths textbooks, and utilise material from your tution centre to get a hang of the test format eg. James ann ect.Being in your schools seal class also really helps in allowing your child to cover material and get the hang of things in advance.
