Okay so Melbounre Uni Open day was fun however the train home was a disaster. Pretty much the line me and my friends live on had an incident where someone got hit by a train (critical condition to my knowledge) which means the trains nearly didn't run. We were chasing information at the station, we were first told partial bus replacement, then it was full train ride so we went to the platform they said it was to find a train so goddamn full that you physically could not get on. So we were stressed and not on the train but they suddenly switched platforms so we ran to the new train and managed to get a 4 seater, there were 5 of us so i sat on the floor in between everyones legs (genuinely found that so fun for some reason??) and then at one of the stations they were like geuss what we aren't going any further so everyone got off stressed, not knowing if it was coaches and then after like 4 minutes they were like actually nvm we will take you by the train so we ran (nearly lose a friend in the process cause legit everyone ran off and left them??) but we got all five of us on the train in another four seater (I volunteered for the floor again cause it was fun) and we got all the wayhome by train. I also ate a significant portion of my friends peanut m&m's.
Anyways besides that excitement the open day was really good, I'm genuinely in love with little hall, the M-ASS (mebourne arts student society) seems very fun, gender studies sounds cool and they're adding a film-based class which'll be interesting and because I wore my Melbourne Uni extension program hoodie I had someone come up to me asking questions about the extension program. Also it's so fun doing it with a group of friends.
Only open day left is deakin burwood with one friend next week and apparently deakin does more freebies so I'm excited for that.
Anyways hope everyones okay
