Year 12s, please, please, PLEASE remember to take breaks every now and then. It doesn't need to be for long, even just a 10 minute pause from study to scroll through social media, stretch, snack, game, etc., can make a really big difference in your mental wellbeing. It can reset your mind, without stopping your pace for studying, or making you forget anything. You're so, so, so close to end. 13 years of education will be finished in a few short weeks, but these exams will be the stepping stone into the great beyond.
