Hey!
So I wrote the sehs (selective entry high school exam) this year, and I doubt that I'm gonna get in. I got a superior for writing and reading, and above average for verbal reasoning and an average for quantitative and numerical reasoning. There are still two more rounds to go, but I've decided to focus on making it into JMSS instead.
I don't want to go to any tutoring or spend any money with this because my parents already paid so much for sehs tutoring and I don't think I'm gonna get in, so I want to make them proud by making it into JMSS with no tutoring. I wanted to know what recourses I can use for free, and how i can utilise my time to get into JMSS. I'm currently a year 8 student, and I really wanna lock in for JMSS entry for year 10. Please give me tips or anything that can help with preparing. I personally need a lot of help with the science interest and communication or the science analysis thingy part of the exam (the writing thingy) because I have no idea what that is about.
In school, we're currently covering ethics and climate change. I would like to know the main topics covered in the exams, if that's possible. I know I'm asking a lot, and I am so sorry for that. I'm burned out from sehs stuff, but I don't want to give up on JMSS as well. If you can give any recourses that are for free or any tips, please do so. I'll appreciate it so much.
