Just another tip, memorise structures for your command terms, for instance if it's a discuss then you need to do one paragraph for pros and one for weaknesses, and sometimes a conclusion if appropriate. Or if it's an evaluate it's an overall opinion, pros, cons, and opinion again. This really helps, because I found in Legal that even if you know the content, if you don't structure the question correctly you can lose a lot of marks. This especially helps in those higher mark questions like 6 markers because that's where structure is key. Ask your teacher for some notes on structures for different command terms. 🙂
