FH ⭐️ From reading over it i'd say you need to talk more about the impat of goal setting theory on productivity/objectives. e.g goal setting theory directly impacts employee productivity as it sets clear expectation for an employees behaviour and encourages them to improve upoun their peformance. Additionally goal's set by employees can help contribute to the achievement of business objectives as an employees goal can be related to the overarching goals of a business, such as an employee setting a goal to increase the amount of positive reviews about them left by customers which could help with the achievement of the goal of profit by creating a more positive customer experience thus increasing the likelihood of repeat customers generating more revenue.
