Yeah, you could say it was a sickness. But, it mostly revolves around what school you go to. For example, my school doesn't give a shit if I skip for 2, 3 weeks (which is prob not a good thing). But, at least I get SO much extra time to work on tests, studying, etc. As for principles discretion, I believe up to 5% of all students get an offer for that. I think, (feel free to correct me), it's when a student like doesn't make the cutoff. But, still has acceptable scores, so like they have an interview or smth. Yeah, so good luck!
