Cel Ik you didn't ping me but I thought I'd give my 2 cents. Are you asking about how to get motivated and stuff when you say tips for "study routine". While I don't do this anymore, back when I was studying for jmss, I would tell myself that I would study for three hours a day. I had an app that was basically a stopwatch, and I had it running whenever I was studying. After a while I managed to build up the hours (28h, 100h, and so on) and it helped as a motivating factor, to be able to see the amount of hours I had put into studying already (kind of like how games show the number of hours you have).
To be able to learn how to study is a lot harder. It's mostly just trial and error and can vary depending on what you study. I went through a math textbook for math competitions and by wrestling with the theory and problems I managaed to figure out what way of studying was best for me. For instance, as I learn math theory, I try to think about why things are true, how the theory is useful or can be used in problems, etc. Obviously this is less concrete/direct stuff, and if you want an actual specific study method, you could search up a bunch of techniques and just try them. The teachers at jmss recommend this as well (especially my last year bio teacher), as you have plenty of time to experiment before you get to vce.
