JMSSaspirant NR: 28/45 is too low, remember there are 5000 applicants, each smart and not smart, but there will always be that one group of people that would get more that 40, and could be over 500 people who get over 38/45

MMHS no, people only get offered second round, if people reject the offers and spots are still available, so if no one rejects then there will be no second round offer (according to james an)
