whisper this is so true... ive been preparing for so long and when i thought i did well i dont get accepted

    There are 100+ spots available if only 90% are filled. There will always be some people decline an offer if they got into their third preference to a school they will never go to. In my case, if my brother gets into SEHS Year 11, I will turn down Macrob if my second preference is available.

    and results come in 1 month

    Guys, I got a couple of questions:
    1) at my school there are about 350 students and 4% would be 15 but only 2 people made it. Does that mean the other 13 people will get in future rounds

    2) We got a couple of campuses and then that will equal 600 students from yr 8 from all campuses. Does that mean it only matter abt my campus or all my campuses combined.

      Z it is the best in both campuses abd 4% is a cap it does not mean that 4% will get in

        1) No, not all 13 people are guaranteed a place. 15 is just the max amount of students who can get a spot. If anyone gets good scores, a max of 13 can be offered in later rounds

        2) It's all campuses combined for most schools. Unless your campuses identify uniquely in VCE, for example, Caulfield Grammar Wheelers Hill Campus, then it would be all campuses.

          wait so ik i alr asked but would i have a better chance if no one from my school got in? all 4 out of 100 kids didnt get in

            Z im pretty sure its only ur campus and also there might be a possibility for second round offers but its not guaranteed.

                Hey guys im taking a break of atar notes for a bit. Idk js seeing other ppl suceed makes me feel worse i will be on if i get a second round offer but if i dont, i will only be back when my depression ends lol

                guys im not tryna sound daunting or anything but it seems like so many didn't get in and not many actually got in, js keep praying u guys get 2nd round offers

                    Also if your in private or semi co private school will less ppl get in
