mhsbandar I got into macrob first round and I have a few tips. Firstly I had only 2 months to prepare but I would probably recommend preparing earlier. However, I think it's really important not to overstudy for it so as not to stress yourself out. Also, I don't think it is very important what the practice questions you are doing are on but more so whether or not they are using critical thinking skills. I did tutoring for a few weeks before the exam and this is sort of like the advice my tutor gave me. However, this is just what worked for me and it might be different for other people.
