ACER12 Hello! I'm quite excited to go there next year too! Right now, I'm not too sure about the transition program, however I do know that in a couple of months or so, we should receive enrolment form with all the details. Also, I am pretty sure the DET, ACER and the SEHS will tell our schools about our offers, so I believe there is no need to inform them.
