MMHS NOSSALSUCCESSBUTNOTGOING if for the second question we are using the suns distance provided in the first question, then I'm assuming that's just 3851000000000/8760 which is like 439611872km/hr (perhaps not using the suns distance in the first question coz that's billion km not million hahaha)
MMHS ultimately its not always 10% though, its always 'around' that number, js depends on amt of kids that decline and offers are still available because the next rounds after round 1 are just to fill in the gaps that remain after first round offers are sent out
