Should i go JMSS or Selective exam

I didnt recieve an offer from SEHS in year 9 entry should i go jmss or SCHS

DV78 do both but focus more on the one u wanna get in more, if u can handle the work load

it depends on if you like the sciences and wish to pursue science subjects

yea, JMSS is more science based, whereas SEHS has a more holistic approach. if you're 100% sure that you want a career in science, then JMSS is the place to go, but if you want to stay flexible, then try again for SEHS if you don't get in the further rounds.
it would kind of be a waste of time and effort if you went to JMSS and decided that you don't want to continue with science, so touring the school and even talking to some of their students would be a great idea

I’m thinking science side more as I love science, which exam is more complex John Monash or Elizabeth Blackburn

me too like i wanna be a surgeon when im older, i might js try out next year for jmss but if i don't make it at least i go mhs, the chances of me trying for jmss is probs like 20-30% most likely not gonna do it tho

yeah i love the sciences and am literally gonna do bio chem and physics in yr 12, my yr 12 subjects: Bio, Chem, Physics, Literature, Methods and General (general only due to the free marks)

yea ikr like ik its gonna be very hard but that's what I'm about. Ngl all sehs offer like history and geography next yr so imma take them both as electives coz I'm rlly g at hums. I wonder if SEHS have enhanced classes?

DV78 Isn't JMSS quite far from you if you tried out for SCHS this year? Not saying that's a bad thing but you do have to consider travel when going there long term.
