  • MMHS replied to this.

aπŸ“€ no top 20 is its own category, above average is its own category

      • MMHS replied to this.

aπŸ“€ no there is no top 40%, its just, top 10, top 20, above average, average, and below average

4 top tens and one high average top like 30-40??? idk i swear i just fluked it, cause i only got top tens in multiple choice. (my writing sucks). honestly my best advice is just to read A LOT. Like around 1-2 hours everyday. If you grew up reading youll have no trouble in getting through verbal and reading comp but if u hate reading just grind as many practice tests as u can esp to get the hang of the "if gleps are gloops and some bleeps and blops" (omgg i cannot with those).

For maths and numerical reasoning I would go to tutoring if you feel unconfident but honestly if you already average like 85-90% plus in ur school rn its not much of a biggie.

I did my test in 2023 btw and got into macrob if u didn't see my username.

          I haven't even done it.
Doing it next year just a quick question if there isn't that many people trying out for an SEHS school does that make you very likely to get an offer like maybe 4 people in one school.
          All four get an offer?

Dosanjh (NHS) it depends on ur cohort, if there are few ppl sitting for sehs but theyre all rlly smart then itll be hard to get in, but if theyre all mediocre and ur slightly smarter u can get in. and theres a cap for each skl, only 4 percent of the whole yr 8 cohort get a spot, but if its a p-9 skl then 10% of the yr 8 cohort can get a spot

Dosanjh (NHS) definitely not 'very likely', you still have to get great scores, however it may serve as a slight upperhand for you,

2 top tens and 2 top 20 and 1 average
