Does anyone have experience doing the sehs exam in year 10 + any tips

Title says it all, But I wanted to know what the diffculty of the test/what I need to know for the test, and my chances unfortunatley I coundn't get into sehs in year 9 because I only knew that sehs exististed a month before the test and I was preparing it in Nz 🙁 ,
