Hey, I'm planning on doing Business Management next year for Year 12, and I was wondering if it's a good subject to pick. For anyone who has done it, what is the subject like? Is it a good idea to pick it up even though I didn't do Units 1&2? Are Units 1&2 really necessary for Unit 3&4

    Anonymous2007 I'd say units 1/2 aren't really necessary at all for 3/4.
    I liked it as a subject because while there is a decent amount of content (like most uni subjects) a lot of it can be tied into common sense so it isn't too hard to remember all of it.
    It looks at basic ways of managing a business and then responding to change, you will need to know some contemporary case studies (things that have occured within businesses in the last four years) but teachers or just generally looking into businesses can help with that and it's not too difficult to find them.
    Plus there's a lot of good resources for the subject because it's such a popular one.

        Anonymous2007 I haven't really been collecting them so I don't exactly have links but I'd suggest checking out Quizlet as I personally used it frequently and there are lots of business management sets up there (you just may have to double check if it's the most recent study design), but also suggest looking at redkenneths business management videos on YouTube as he gives a pretty good overview of every dotpoint in the study design
