Some say that breakfast is a trivial meal and that children don't need to eat in the morning. This is a recipe for disaster, and it's like they're asking for malnourished children. Studies show that children who eat a nutritious breakfast are more energetic and active throughout the day, and tend to perform better academically.

    MHS successful candidate Thats hard to explain, I don't have a great explanation since I've been honing my writing skills for years and just know where to fit them in. I would recommend finding prompts online and working on them. You should also try and wedge them in sentences where you're describing how characters feel or what a place looks like.
