MHS successful candidate realistically we can infer they are full, but they have to get at least 33 spots to pd, and they just give it in advanced, since most people go on holiday during the end of the year, so they just gave it out ig. Im 99% sure its gonna be full or like have maybe 1 offer to give out, since sooo many smart kids from the hume area didnt make it, only like 2
