hey! don't know if this is helpful but smth that I used to do was like make a box with paper slips inside - on each of the paper slips I have like a theme, prompt or idea to write about. Its like a lucky dip; you pick one, set a timer for however long you want and write a story/essay in that time

I did the jmss test this year and lemme tell u this-
Personally I found Maths and NR was very easy , it was basic year 8 and year 9 stuff, I would recommend reading over your year 7,8 and 9 Science textbooks for SR and writing components. I would also recommend u to be fluent in solving the questions and not spending too long on any questions as some of my friends couldn’t complete the exam.Rover - Kai
