A little bored, also given up on studying so Imma give an intro on my subjects✨
Lit- Going ok, we're doing Uncle Vanya rn and it's a play which sucks. Having to read and act out the play in class also sucks. Idk how to pronounce Russian names lmao...Earlier we did Dracula (fun) and Olive Kitteridge (not fun). Teacher is not the best, I swear 50% of the mark she gives depends on her mood. I got a really nice class tho, all the ppl are super nice so I cant complain🤷♀️ Marks wise its a pretty competitive class, I got rank 1 at the start of the year BUT THEN I DROPPED💀💀💀
English- My fav subject, we're currently doing We Have Always Lived in the Castle which I really like. Last term was the film High Ground and it was pretty hard, it was so annoying to analyse camera techniques, like I thought this was English NOT Media??? Anyways, the subject is easier but bit boring, like everyone just doing English cuz they have to and there's zero motivation. At least we have a super loud teacher that keeps us awake
General Maths-Started off strong w Data Analysis (mainly cuz we figured out how to work out the median in Yr 7), but Financial is killing me, why r there so many types of compound interest???
Psych-My worst subject although it's getting better, the first SAC of the year I did really bad. I got 65%, but ig I cant complain cuz the average was 55% or smth😬 I got a shit memory tho, I just cannot remember any of the terms despite having just studied abt Memory & Learning so I'm banking on Quizlet to haul me thru the exam
Japanese- One of my good subjects. So far my marks have been really good although I did stumble thru Outcome 2, lost quite a few marks. Workload is a bit annoying, you need to submit something every week where in all my other classes I never submit anything lmaooo
