asianasen hey i understand exactly how you feel and i promise you are not alone and absolutely not a failure. you are so much more than the results of that test and trust me when i say you've accomplished and succeeded more things than you have failed at. even if you don't notice it, it's the little things that count like getting yourself out of bed every single day despite feeling like a blob of wet cement. if you don't believe me, i want you to start a 'Portfolio of Truth'. every day whenever you do something that makes you proud of yourself (idc how small it is it can be anything) you write the date down and what it was. over time you're gonna see just how many thing you've done.
it's totally okay to let yourself feel your feels right now, but try gently lifting yourself out of the dumps. go for an evening walk every day, binge watch your favourite show, whatever you like doing. i hope you feel better soon, and remember that when you're 85 you're not even gonna think of selective. and don't worry because everything always works out. π«Ά
