I'm year 10 this year in JMSS. All I say is be honest, open, friendly, cool (as in unafraid or calm), and just answer the questions with versatile structure. I mean to say that if you use just one way to answer all the questions the same way, they will notice a pattern and fire you because you really aren't supposed to study for the interview but they only want you to prepare your personality as best as you can.

I have another interview document. But this one is different. It is more detailed and has links to practise and past questions that has been asked before. It also doesn't look boring lol.
