Hi all,
My daughter had her interview at McRob for a PD today and I just want to share the questions that were asked because they might be useful for people who get an interview in later rounds.
Principle and assistant principle were in the panel.
The questions that were asked;
Tell me about yourself.
What high school are you from?
How would you describe your family?
Who do you look upto?
What is your favourite subject? Why
What is your least favourite subject? Why
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Why should we give you a seat in this school?
Do you participate in any sport?
Do you play any musical instruments?
Have you been involved in leadership roles?
Tell me about a time when you help someone.
Tell me what was your gratest point in life.
What is the book that you last read? Why? Describe some interesting facts from the book.
Do you have any questions for us?
They said “If your child would like to bring a portfolio of achievements etc along to share with the panel that is possible, but not essential.”
My Daughter brought her portfolio and good thing is, she could share her portfolio at the end.
Good luck!!
