Saving this, I don’t have to sit it until next year but I can never start too early.

Hey, I had a question about the schedule. Did you spend 3 months studying every time you sat the ucat? Meaning the 2nd and 3rd time you sat ucat did you study for 3 months as well? ThunderDragon

nikhilNossal i dont think that user is active much, but in essence the UCAT is basically used by select universities for select medical and dentistry degrees, and i believe it ensures the most capable of applicants are undergoing the course.

nikhilNossal Yep sorry I am not as active on Atarnotes anymore. Like what FH said, the UCAT is used to gain entry into Undergraduate Medical Courses straight from Year 12. Almost all Undergrad Med courses require the UCAT except for a few select unis like JCU etc. If you are going down the Postgrad Med pathway, GAMSAT is usually sat instead.

ThunderDragon Heyy, thank you so much for answering my question. I just have another one, how many hours did you specifically study each day leading up to your exam? and how did you manage to study for 3 months with uni workload? I'm currently a 1st-year uni student and I did horrible at the Ucat (2nd time) I had about 7 weeks to prepare for it. sorry I know this is a lot of questions but I just wanted to know how get a good ucat score as I truly suck at it.
