lm21074, for me it's always going to do some exercise. Whenever I feel like I'm in a sullen mood because I've been studying for a prolonged period of time or just feel overall drowsy; I just go for a run, ride a bike, or just lift some weights while listening to music. Generally, I personally think people put too much of a focus on exercise as an activity used to make yourself more fit and stronger, although this is literally factual; exercise and working out are crucial for maintaining mental and personal health. Sorry for ranting about how good exercise is, but I'm sure there are other efficient self-care activities out there that I have not even thought of. I would love to hear some suggestions from some other individuals
Honestly during year 12, I don't exactly have good self-care habits.
I group my self-care time and my break together so I've just been watching movies/shows (sometimes to procrastinate) or painting, but I can't wait for the holidays so I can get into some better activities!
Running, running, running,
And the occasional bedwars session.
idk if i'm the only one who does this but i just close my while listening to music and power nap.
