me123 Hey, I just completed our bioethical SAC last week. Majority of the questions were about the ethical considerations of our specific case study (GMO Bananas in Uganda battling Vitamin A deficiency), so covering the ethical arguments (for and against) of justice, integrity, non-maleficence, beneficence, and respect. We were also questioned about the frequency based approach, Duty/Rules based approach and virtues based approach. There wasn't too much about the actually theory behind it, besides PCR testing and the gel electrophoresis. There was also a bit on Plasmids, denaturation etc., taq polymerase, ligase and the rest, mainly about there importance or roles. But majority of the marks for our SAC were on ethics.
I hope this helped and good luck
