FH oops lol.
I know enough quotes to scrape by hopefully but really need to learn more. Hopefully the essay prompts are kind to us
MY TEACHER MARKED MY FIRST PSYCH PRAC EXAM AND I GOT 105/120 AND I HAVEN'T EVEN REVISED YET OH I AM SO HAPPY (Very converned I was just lucky with the topics but we shall see)
I got 23/25 for my last hospo SAC and I did my drivers test today... and passed.
1 minute into driving I started crying and panicking, proceeded to get lost because of my horrible sense of direction and ended up at NQR where I impulse bought 7 boxes of alcoholic chocolates, a thing of cadbury biscuits and a slice before finally driving to school...
Also fun fact when I'm alone in a car I am very very noisy and screamed because I could
Alsoooo it is my last ever cafe shift today and that makes me sad
Rey_of_sunshine WOOO HAVE FUN DRIVING. dont eat those alcoholic chocolates and drive though…
FH I don't plan on drink driving just yet lol. and Ill try but i cannot stand driving...
Driving might be a bit daunting at first. Just practice in an empty carpark, or quiet suburban streets. I've had my license for four years now, and CBD Melbourne traffic is nightmarish to me. I've only done it once, and I don't think I want to do it again. I prefer the rural highways and freeways, where there's more space, and plenty to see. You'll get the hang of it eventually, don't worry
FinFin-3rdYearUni I don't have a great ability to concentrate on multiple things at once so I start feeling headachey/nauseas and stuff when driving. Absolutely cannot stand freeways/highways and would rather pass away than do CBD lol. I'm alright at the driving itself it's just never something I'll really enjoy and I'll still avoid it where possible I think
Oh well, it's still good to have your license when necessary, like going to a doctor's appointment, or driving someone to and from the supermarket.
And when you finish your exams, the car is a great place to scream, because you'll be alone, and it traps noise from disturbing anyone else
FinFin-3rdYearUni I already started screaming in my first ever drive lol (after a crying breakdown almost immideately out of pulling out of the carpark lol)
I won business!!! 196/200 and I ranked one semester 2. The results of my last ever SAC was a 98% and I am terrified because exams are coming closer
Rey_of_sunshine 196/200
niceeeeeeeeeee
Rey_of_sunshine I am terrified because exams are coming closer
its ok buddy I believe in you
Rey_of_sunshine WHOAOAOAOA LOOK AT YOU GO!! WELL DONE!
I went dress shopping with @soupsthetic at Melbourne DFO this weekend to buy a dress for my graduation dinner. Today is my second last day of school (and my last hospitality class) and it doesn't feel real and I have a horrible feeling I will be excessively crying in front of everyone the next few days.
I get to wear one of my cosplays to school for our celebration day which is fun tho (my friends are doing matching costumes but like I don't have the time to put together something new plus if I have cosplays there i have spent hundreds on I should use them yaknow?)
ANyways hope everyone is going well and to all my fellow year 12's, I hope you're doing okay in this last little stretch before exams
It's a stressful time so if you need /want someone to rant or talk to I'm on here almost too much plus you can use the AN messaging function if you just want someone to talk to.
Happy Monday!
It's my last day of classes today, I will never do an English or hospitality class (still have psych and business after when I am updating) and goddamn its all coming too soon. There will be lots of tears from me in the near future I suspect (have already cried a couple times lol)
tears are completely normal… life as we know it is about to change. i think it’s important to use the time though to reflect on the last 6 years, and look forward to what lies ahead.
hope the grad dinner goes well too!! soak it in, and live in the moment, and make the most of it all. we are almost there!!
FH Thankyou! Tommorow I'm probs gonna be a mess cause its our actual ceremony and stuff + our dress up but at least I get to dressup as a genshin character lol. It feels like so much has changed since year seven, I mean we went through a damn pandemic and everything. Terrifying to think about what comes next
Rey_of_sunshine YESSSS enjoy dressing up omg!! you will easily be best dressed! and yeh, covid still seems like a crazy long time ago… time truly flies by. i’m sure the future will be fun though (minus taxes)
