hi i know no ones really been asking bout these things but idk how much of this info is known by everyone so i thought id just put it here. for context i got in last year and this was stuff from my interview:
- they kinda start u off with like a icebreaker, not marked so js have fun and try talk to the ppl ur with
- then u have like a group interview, they give ur group a challenge, you have to work together to solve it. its not marked on if you succeed, js how u work together. last year i remember i had 2, i was like i had to talk to my group about an issue they prompted and go through the options on how to fix it. the other was hands on, we had to build smth (mine was horrible)
-then u have ur individual interview: last year, they had 5 questions that were written down on a sheet in front of u. my interviewer gave me a minute to read through the questions while she briefly looked over my cv and reports. i just used this time to figure out what i was gonna say :skull:
the questions were smth like:
- what is something ur proud of in terms of a scientific invention - describe how it works
- pick a problem to solve - world hunger or overpopulation. suggest ideas on what u would do
- something about enjoyment in science?
- what ur thinking of for ur future
sorry i know my questions kinda suck im js piecing them together off old messages i found from after my interview :skull:
gl to everyone whos doing it
