bro there is 2 weeks left of term, where tf has this year gone

    MMHS ikr 😭
it felt like it was yesterday waiting for sehs offers, and then performance results
can't believe it's been like what 3 months since the exam

acedemic_achiver I am not sure about james an as i don't think they reflect the actual exam. You can try hendersons but they are very pricey. they offer report correction and feedback services which is helpful.

Personally i think inherently the tests will attract strong maths cohort and the trick possibly is by standing out in science both in exam and interview.

acedemic_achiver Dont go JAC. The tests they give you is way harder than the actual test, it didnt help at all. i recomend you buy some practice tests from strive for excellence insted, they reflect the test much better.

acedemic_achiver helloo, i got an offer first round but personally i think you should purchase ICAS for the science test, i didn't attend any tutoring for jmss but i was sent some ICAS tests that i tried out the night before the exam and the format is pretty similar

acedemic_achiver OH HELLL NOOO, I also attended JAC and It was absolutely useless and a waste of time (in my opinion). I would spend every lesson daydreaming and on TikTok, apart from the writing prompts which you could probably get from chat gpt, the tests they give you are way harder than the actual test. (I was getting below 50% for all my math tests and roughly 50-80% for the science ones. Your better off studying a general Yr 9 science curriculum and getting some edutest practice tests since their really similar. I only started studying 1-2 months before the exam date and cramming the night before. If your doing well in math and science at school there's really no point. Just work on time management.

cshar noo cus I legit did my edutest practise the night before

eee the night before I was prepping for my Humanities exam on the following Monday because I thought I was screwed for hums

Does anyone know if we need to bring anything to the jmss year 10 course confirmation interview?

cshar Dates from last year's handbook
