Just a question about the trp operon according to VCAA standards. Essentially, in my Biology 3/4 textbook, attenuation is outlined without the use of the 1, 2, 3, and 4 regions of the leader region. However, in many other resources, attenuation is outlined with the use of the 1, 2, 3, and 4 regions of the leader region. I am just wondering which outline would be correct to use.
