hey, I've got my first bio sac coming up, on ch1-5, so gene modification, GMOs, Crispr-cas9, enzymes and all that, does anyone have any tips or practice SACs there willing to share? I didn't do 1/2 Bio so anything will help. It's also a research project where we have to modify a gene or protein to improve the agriculture industry, so any help around that area would be amazing!

edanae Hi, I'm also doing bio 3/4 this year. One thing I'd highly recommend once you've reviewed all of the content in Unit 3 AOS 1 is to go through the VCAA exams (including NHT), mainly 2010 to 2023 and pick out the short answer questions that related to the AOS. Teachers will generally make SACs based off the VCAA exam standard, so doing this will make you familiar with a diverse range of questions that may come up in your SAC.

You can find all VCAA exams here:
    https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/assessment/vce-assessment/past-examinations/Pages/Biology.aspx

    And NHT exams here:

Thankyou so much, I've been going through exam style questions here and there over the term so far to prepare for the SAC, but I'll continue to do many more. Thanks again especially for the NHT exam link, this was really helpful.
