mhsbandar umm... I'm prob not the best guy to ask but definitely do ATLEAST 1 practice essay a day(do more narrative if u struggle with that and if u struggle with persuasive do more of that.)
If you are really cooked u can do the strat I did which was to memorize descriptive and engagement phrases then try to implement it AROUND the prompt. so like for example memorize "its hollow cold eye sockets stared straight into my soul", then if the prompt is set in the then u could make the story about how a monster is chasing someone at the beach.
idk tho, just find people around u(like eng teachers or tutors) and ask for help there.
