After hearing how differently my friends study from the way I do, I'm so curious how many others do it.. what kind of space do you guys like studying in, what music/background audio, any habits or things you like doing like with snacks, with others, etc..
For me I love having really like upbeat and 'noisy' music to study since it keeps me hyped and I don't feel the need to sleep haha.. I can't have any tv show, video or movie at all!! 😭 It's so distracting.. Clean space is great but no silence and I prefer working towards set goals rather than follow a timed period
What about you guys?

I find having others study with me can really go either way. Like I'm part of a small study group and sometimes it makes me way more productive than normal but other times we get distracted talking.
I find I study better when I'm on comfortable chairs with straight backs and rooms cannot be too noisy but can have some noise.
Honestly it can be hard to motivate myself so I try goals and time periods, sometimes one will work and sometimes neither work properly.

Well normally I'm fine with a noisy environment but I prefer quiet with some background noise. I'm not really one to listen to music I end up so distracted. I need a clean environment but I can't study with other people. I don't really find goals useful for me because I'll set them then ignore them... I find timing myself better. I also need to have a bottle of water with me because if I'm dehydrated I just can't concentrate.

personally i like a quiet space preferably a library

I like a quiet space with some background noise (rain/storm/traffic noise is the best). I don't really like studying with others, i just read over notes in my head

I totally get that! For me, I need quiet or just some light background music to focus. Snacks are always a must—gotta keep the energy up! Lately, though, I’ve been getting a lot of eye strain from all the screen time, especially with studying online. I’m thinking about to get glasses today to help with it. Anyone else feel like their eyes are constantly tired after long study sessions? It’s so real! 😩 But hey, we’re pushing through, right? Every bit of progress counts, even on those tough days! Keep at it, we’ve got this! 🙌🙌🙌
