.. Sciencenerd no one had received offers yet, Nossal gives offers when they are 100% sure that someone will leave the year 9 cohort. So when that happens(probs December) then those on the top of the waitlist can receive offers.
Sciencenerd .. honestly I think what you said is true because nobody has received an offer from Macrob that I know of. I have also repeatedly asked in Atar notes as well
