Writing tests

hey! don't know if this is helpful but smth that I used to do was like make a box with paper slips inside - on each of the paper slips I have like a theme, prompt or idea to write about. Its like a lucky dip; you pick one, set a timer for however long you want and write a story/essay in that time

i_need_mental_asylum works great for year 10 entry selective. For JMSS tho that strat is actually impossible. Cus they give you like two pages to read for BOTH writing tests.

Melona There isn't a prompt per say. Just like 3-5 objectives/questions they want you to answer in your writing piece. They give you two pages of information so it helps you answer those questions.

.. Ooh.. I see.. it would be difficult to set up a practice test/prepare then
