I applied to enrol in the Specialist Maths course at Virtual School Victoria (VSV) and received an email back in November stating that my application had been approved. The email mentioned that the final stage of the enrolment process would take 1-2 weeks, and I'd receive a confirmation email once it was completed.
However, it’s now January 6th, and I still haven’t received any follow-up email. I tried calling their support number, but I found out that their reception is closed until January 20th.
My question: Is it common for this sort of delay to happen with VSV? Should I just wait until the 20th to follow up? I already sent an email concernung this and IM STRESSING OUT
