IZM

Normally, in previous years, the offers are delivered in three rounds (I.e. offers that were rejected by the highest ranking students in round 1 are delivered to the next highest group of students who missed out in round 2. If a person rejects their offer in round 2, then it goes to another person during the time that offers are distributed again in round 3)

This year, though, there are 5 rounds, meaning that this process is repeated two more times (there is a round 4 and a round 5 now) to ensure that as close to every spot is filled as possible.

Hope that makes more sense!

I got an offer as well 🙂

We should hopefully be getting an email with more administrative school info/ language selections etc closer to the end of the year (November, from what I’ve heard in previous years).

I also found that their YouTube channel has some great resources if you’re looking to check out some extracurriculars/ programs they have on offer.

      Congrats 🥳
We're gonna see each other next year, and thanks. November is in such a long time but I'll check out their YouTube channel now.

Hi Guys congrats to ppl who got the offer
i wanted to ask when the second round offers come out?
I got a letter saying that i didnt get in on the first round, does that mean i have no chance of getting in?
my school doesnt have pd and 6 ppl got in

user7 congrats! and don’t stress bc ik for sure that so many ppl will be like that too but it’s fine cuz we’ll all make friends 🙂 maybe urs will get in at a later round tho?

someone heyy, from what i’ve heard, second round offers come out on the 14th. also if u got a rejection letter during first round, that doesn’t mean u have no chance of getting in. good luck!

someone Even if 6 people got in, there's a chance some won't go. I know in my school 2 people aren't going, so you always have a chance! Good luck

salma_7052 Thanks salma make sense.....you were talking about previous years right? I thought its about this year... Thanks

IZM it was written at the bottom of the offer/rejection emails during first round offers, “Please note that there will be only five rounds of offers.”

It said that "You will receive information regarding the enrolment of your child", does anyone know when that'll be? Or has anyone already gotten it

user777 it was written no where in my daughter's 1st round rejection letter... That is why I'm asking so many questions...don know why its different.. anyways thanks and sorry again.

I just got an email now with some compass enrolement links to enter in my details. If you haven’t got anything be sure to check in with parent’s a email as I’m pretty sure most information is sent there.

From what I’ve heard from others at my school the detail about 5 rounds was in the rejection email.

I think that yours might have been slightly different to the one that most people would have received because of the PD offer as it is a special case in the offers process. Not totally sure.

                        thanks 🙂
just hoping for the offer tonight or tmr
also does anyone know how many ppl get in the second round ? like what chance do i have?
im just so confused cuz none of the accepted ppl from my school are rejecting the offer, they are all accepting it

                          someone
It depends on the number of people that reject their offer in the first round. All the rejected offers will be sent out to the next round of people that scored the next highest.
If less than 4% of students received and accepted an offer in your school, then you always have a chance, even if nobody rejects it there. Hope that makes sense
