      Worked at the cafe today, still avoiding milk duty cause it scares me but I did make myself tea. I'm beginning to find having tea with me and walking around the school with it makes me feel very mature and adulty

Wow that’s amazing and Ik I’m in ur 8 but just wanna know what was your raw study score it must have been smth like 42+ also tea is delicious I find having chai is the best and it’s easy to make but idk the recipe as of this moment but just search up afghani or Indian chai

          Ronaldo I'm a big fan of herbal tea's. Peppermint tea is my favourite.
          And I got a raw 47 in my year 12 subject last year

                  We went to a local university tertiary expo thingo today with a few other schools. Honestly I'm still firmly team Melbourne Uni but like ANU was genuinely selling it so well that im looking at their accomodation and courses...

                  School formal last night!!
                  Got ready with some friends, had my nails done professionally (it was by one of my friends sitting on the floor but she had like a nail heat lamp thingo which was so fancy and the closest I've ever come to a salon), we went op-shopping before hand (I bought nothing but it was fun) and we all looked so slay in our dresses.
                  Hungout with a few different friends at the formal, took photos with multiple friend groups and me and a couple friends from my psych class took photos with our psych teacher at the photo booth.
                  The layout this year was kind of atrocious (added large tables meaning there was less couches/floor space so more people had to stand) but food was pretty good.
                  It took an hour and a half for them to actually start playing any good songs (the first good song was I'm a barbie girl) and they didn't play the nutbush or the macarena?? the year i finally learnt the stupid nutbush it didn't get played which means I wasted those whole 3 minutes of my life when a friend taught it to me earlier this year.

                  Had 8 photos in the photobooth (beats my 1 a year for the past 2 formals) and I had so much energy from wearing heels and a dress that my friends thought I was kinda weird I think but eh, not as much energy as being in cosplay but kinda getting there.
                  Overall had fun and feels so weird that that's my last formal

                    I now have all my semester 1 results out! (not sure about rankings yet for all of them)
                    Psychology: 71/80 rank 2
                    English: 93/100 probably ranked in top 5 but unsure
                    Business: 95/100 probably rank 1 (uncertain)
                    Hospitality: 24/25 rank 1 (not 100% certain but like 99%)
                    HES Psychology: 81%! (H1/first class honours. if the score is maintained for my next HES subject that gives me the equivalent of a 45 study score)

                      i_need_mental_asylum it's sort of like a school disco i think is the closest comparison? Pretty much its a thing lots of schools host for senior students once a year where we dress up (like suits, dresses, heels, make-up the whole thing) and they have snacks, music and its a big social event.
                      My school has it in like a club space with an open bar (soft-drinks obvi), a bunch of different snacks like sliders, profiteroles and arancini, with loud music and a photobooth.
                      They're a lot of fun but can get a little loud/overwhelming at times.
