Short update:
I'm done VCE exams and I cried a bit while driving to the libary (cramming for my HES exam in Melbourne tommorow).
Mum bought me a surprise cake yesterday (I proceeded to eat 3/4 of it in one sitting... not the first time in the last month either.... oops) and I'm getting takeaway tonight. Plus tommorow night I'm going to an 18+ marvel parody show in Melbourne and having dinner + drinks with a couple friends which should be good.
I haven't broken down properly yet but it's so strange to think that when I get home and take off my uniform tonight I'll never have to put it on again.
Anyways signing off for now until I start sobbing in the library because if I keep thinking about this I will.
Thanks to everyone on here who I've met/ shared this experience with this year, you guys are awesome and I hope you're all doing well 🙂

On the train up to Melbourne, doing some last minute cramming lol. It's multichoice so the more prac questions I do, the more chance answers will hopefully be familiar and I can make slightly educated geusses.
I wish I'd had this exam next week so I could actually revise for it but oh well

Done all my exams and cried a little yesterday, haven't broken down properly yet but I know it'll happen soonish.
And oh my god, my first 18+ show and it was so funny but damn. I feel it would have been very different to experience if I wasn't asexual lol.
I dressed up as Loki for it and a couple people took photos of/with me which is always awesome and dinner/drinks with friends was so good! (I tried a pina colada which was pretty mid but then I had a pineapple, caramel and popcorn cocktail which I quite enjoyed).
Anyways I don't have much else to say, Goodluck to anyone still going and congrats to everyone who has finished!

It's all finally done and dusted. 13 years of compulsory education is now complete. You must feel so proud of yourself too. Any plans for what to do between now and results day? There's plenty of time to be a free adult now, so just kick back and relax, or maybe go on an adventure

Oooooh yeah. Oz Comic Con is next month, you'll have plenty more time to get your character and costume ready. Do you have a job already, or will you look around for some work?

FinFin-2ndYearUni yeah I've got a bit less than a month to put everything together and I have a job but I'll have to talk about picking up more shifts or getting a second job because I'm currently only doing one shift a week

Being done school is weird, Ive been sleeping in until twelve and doing absolutely nothing.
I did buy fabric, body paint and a wig though so I can start working on cosplays and I finally own concealer and stuff to try and do masc makeup for cosplay in the future?
I was planning on going into school this week to deal with my locker and stuff but I think I may do that next week now... Oh well we shall see.

It's strange that my friends are still going in and doing exams and I'm not tbh, I was always the most school obsessed one (and the most upset at the thought of leaving) but I haven't even had a proper cry or anything yet? It'll probably happen when I empty my locker and stuff is my current geuss. Idk

Also I have my CHES graduation next week and I'm doing a buffet lunch at crown before it which should be a lot of fun.

The post-exam sleep ins are the weirdest feeling ever. Enjoy them though.
Most of the students still doing exams are language students. My French class and the Indo SL were the last exams, and there were about 10 of us, while everyone was on schoolies, or waiting for us to finish so we could go to schoolies.
A buffet lunch? At the Crown? That sounds pretty good, and should be loads of fun. I graduated in 2020, so we were lucky just to get drinks at a pub. But, a finish is a finish, and we were happy just to be able to see each other. Your graduation will be fun, so enjoy it. You might not see a lot of your classmates for years after

FinFin-2ndYearUni yeah it's definitely strange getting to sleep in but I do quite like it. The buffet lunch isn't the actual graduation, just something my mum is doing for me (she and my sister went on a family holiday that I chose not to go on so she wanted to do something with me instead). I didn't really talk to a lot of my classmates for this grad because it's my online school so we only had weekly classes but I'm looking forward to it because there are a few Ive become friendly with.
