        the question was 7 root 3 - 3 root 75 + 2 root 72 - 4 root 50
        the answer was -8 root 3 - 8 root 2

            YR10SEHSASPIRANT i agree it is a pretty easy question but here we go, so, 7sqrt3 cant be simplified so leave it as is, then -3 root 75 can be simplified to -15sqrt 3 because 75 has factors 25 and 3and 25 cancels out due to it being inside the square root, cancels out as 5 and you times that by the outside number, then 2 root 72 becomes 12sqrt 2 because factors for 72 are 36 and 2, 36 cancels out as 6 and times the 6 by the 2 in front. Then -4sqrt 50 just becomes -20sqrt 2 because of the same rules we just applied, add all the like terms and you get -8sqrt 3 -8sqrt2
