Housestark22 Basically breathing retraining the process of identifying unhealthy breathing habits and replacing them with correct ones, (its kind of like CBT but breathing version) . Self efficacy is belief in the ability to perform behaviour needed to reach a goal and is a psychological risk factor. Someone that has poor self efficacy is usually doubting themselves and always perceives that they would receive the worst outcome. For example on a past paper there was a scenario of a women having trouble at work and she thought that it would never resolve, hence she has poor self efficacy.
Also you are not alone, literally don't know what to do today as well but my teacher recommended to go over notes and mistakes on past trials
