AverageMultiChoiceTest Ahh please don't use the pen with a rubber, the erasable one
The pen ink disappears in heat/through friction.. if left in a hot place like under the sun or heater, the work will disappear

Even if it's unlikely that it will be affected, you never know where the tests will go and if everything disappears it'd be terrible
Also, another hot place where the pen will disappear is in a photocopier, so if they decide to put it in one, everything gone

yeah bc the pen is water based and the scanner wont pick up the ink

thank you so much for remidning me of that, I would have failed the entire test without that info

for a poem thats a good word, especially if ur writing about smth melancholy

TryingforSCHS Your writing is really good however make sure not to use you or we because you'll get marks off. persuasive should always be formal meaning no slangs, contractions (don't must be do not, coudn't must be could not) and it has to be third person too. for creative you can do first person.

In recent years, there has been significant growth towards choosing remote work, with more companies offering flexible working choices and employees nowadays often opting for an online workspace. There are many benefits to this new trend, including productivity, work environment, and overall job satisfaction. Some points are contradicting, such as communication among team members, and work-life balance.

One of the most crucial benefits of remote work is productivity. Employees can be more focused and productive at home than in a place with a lot of hustle; offices. Home can provide a peaceful environment for people, reducing distractions. Thus helping individuals feel satisfied with themselves and their jobs. This makes a positive impact on one’s well-being and productivity.

However, some might oppose this, by stating the following argument. Communication with team members would be a bit inconvenient, as you can’t just ask for assistance in an instant. Except when in an office, conversing with coworkers would be considerably simpler because of your proximity to one another and lack of need to double-check schedules. This leads us to the conclusion that commuting would be simple if you were in a workspace near your teammates.

Another downside to this new transition is work-life balance. People may find it difficult to differentiate between the two. These days, many struggle to keep up with their schedules to allow for personal time and finish all assigned tasks on time. Recently, people's attention spans have drastically decreased as a result of short-form video content being included in social media apps like Instagram and TikTok. This causes the person to procrastinate, which increases stress because they now have to finish more tasks in less time. Therefore implying that the individual would put in more hours at work and have less time for personal activities.

On a final note, there are benefits to working remotely as well as drawbacks. Individual preferences vary, though, as some people may find it challenging to do tasks independently and might require assistance from team members, while others may find it easier to maintain a work-life balance. Since this is a relatively new trend, I believe there could be ways to support communication and work-life balance.

I didn't know how to end the last paragraph so I definitely need feedback on that
