Hey Miio,
I am sitting the test this year for Suzanne Cory high and am becoming more apprehensive as the days go by. In terms of tips I am not that helpful, although I have a few files (not mine).

For writing I just use IELTS topics, as they're a lot! And just make sure to practise at least once a day for both creative and persuasive. For verbal improve vocabulary and logical skills, but I am afraid it is a bit too late for vocabulary if you haven't been practising. And for numerical, personally the hardest one for me, it is extremely important to practise a bunch of worded and abstract reasoning problems. And Maths is just self explanatory.
Just take a deep breath when you walk in and good luck!
